I just wish that the pattern was not OPP. I love the detailing. I have the perfect dark red corduroy that has been maturing in my stash for quite sometime. :)

Oh isn't it wonderful how fast the baby weight falls off when you breastfeed. :):) But what I noticed after my daughter was born and I lost the baby weight, is that my clothes did not fit the same. . I might have been even a few pounds lighter but the weight must have shifted to other parts.

kKellyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00610574815597108033noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5916038188571690726.post-67719539194484771442009-02-24T15:53:00.000+11:002009-02-24T15:53:00.000+11:00Darling (both the skirt and the baby)! I can relate about weight changes while sewing things - I made myself a skirt sloper in August and by the time I had finished it I had lost 6 cms from waist and hips, so to sloper was useless.
Regarding preggo weight, I found I couldn't jettison the last few kilos until I stopped breastfeeding entirely. And even then, my shape had changed quite a bit ie. goodbye nipped-in waist. Sigh! Anna looking lovely!
